[TYPO3-install] Missing phpmyadmin in install ?

Welcome Alexandre to TYPO3-World.

Phpmyadmin is not part of standard installation of TYPO3.
Normaly your Webspace-Provider should have one instance ready for you.
Otherwise you can install a TYPO3 extension phpmyadmin with the 
extension manager. Load there the newest extension list, afterwords you 
can search for phpmyadmin and install it.

Don forget to update your TYPO3 4.1 version, first to v 4.2 then 4.3.3.
