[TYPO3-install] Dummy site install tool page showing empty

What is your PHP memory limit, because I had something like this last 
time... unfortunately there is no error message or anything if there is 
not enough memory set in the PHP.

Check :
memory_limit
upload_max_filesize
post_max_size

execution time maybe too.

128mb seems a minimum for developing most is used by the TER while 
fetching the repository.
