[TYPO3-install] Download of TYPO3 4.1.1 - corrupted files?

This sounds reasonable.

Did you download typo3_src-4.1.1.tar.gz, and check its file length?

When I downloaded it there were NO error messages at all. Hence one may 
conclude that the file on the web server is really so tiny.
