[TYPO3-install] Can't list extensions

I resolved the problem described in my posting earlier today.

I'm now able to list extensions.

To resolve the problem I deleted dummy package (perhaps I was using an old dummy 
package). I downloaded and installed the Typo3 4.1beta3 dummy package.
