[TYPO3-install] Error - Page does not exist - what is wrong?

I am new to TYPO3, but I have a small problem.

I have uploaded TYPO3 to a server on the web, and all is OK so fare. I can
log in as admin, and install-program can run ok.

When i make pages and libraries in TYPO3 as admin I is there, and ok

BUT - when I want to se them as user in the FE or view them as admin in the
BE. I get this error, and I can't get it - what is wrong?

 

The requested page does not exist!
