[TYPO3-install] Installation succesfull, I need the dummy-package

I am using the Typo3 guide to create my first template.

 

The guide is based on "Raphael's template" in the dummy-package. The
files used are supposed to be in /fileadmin/template/main. but my
directory is empty and the template-folder hasn't been created. I have
tried downloading the dummy-package but I cannot find these files.

 

Can someone help me?
