[TYPO3-install] How to choose ISP

I am looking for a cheap hosting solution for a new typo3 website. I am 
considering www.one.com, which provides web hosting from 1,25 euros per 
month. According to one.com support staff, Typo3 can run on their servers 
without problems.

I see, however, that all one.com servers run php in safe mode. Is this still 
a problem with Typo3? And is there any other reason why I should NOT choose 
this ISP?
