[TYPO3-install] upgrading 3.7.0 to 4.0.2, paths messed, localconf.php not found

Hi Michael,

I agree that the bug description "localconf.php is not found!" is not very
descriptive.

Please open a bug report and send me a reminder, then I will take care of
it.
