[Typo3-install] Can not create pages

I have the same problem a couple of day's ago.
For me the solution was to deinstall the extension : 
Database Abstraction Layer (dbal).
After that it work perfect again

Hi All -
each time I try to create a page I get the following error on save:
2: SQL error: 'Column 'TSconfig' cannot be null' (pages:NEW4492d6e504e7a)
 
 
I have filled in the tsconfig fields with info found in the docs but get the
same result.
I have not been able to locate any info in the docs about this. Any help
would be appreciated.
