[Typo3-install] realURL compatibility

Hi,
In order to Learn Typo3 I installed 3.8.1 in my local machine.  It works 
just fine.  Then I installed Bet2 and after some fighting I got it working. 
 The only problem I experienced is that RealURL doesn´t work.  I have compared 
both installations and seem to identical, but still no realURL´s in the Beta2 
setup.  Is there any compatibility issue?
