[Typo3-install] Which PHP versions are OK?

Hi Klaus,
Franz is talking about Typo3 3.8.1, which was the latest stable version 
at the time of his posting. Now the latest stable version is Typo3 4.0, 
which should work flawlessly under PHP 5.
