[Typo3-install] Localconf.php is not found

No problem , here is some more info

I have install typo3 4.0 on a linux server
Whie these commands

  $ tar xzf typo3_src-4.0.tar.tar
  $ tar xfz dummy-4.0.tar.tar

  $ mv dummy-4.0 main

  # chgrp -R <wwwserver> fileadmin typo3conf typo3temp uploads
  # chmod -R g+w,o-rwx fileadmin typo3conf typo3temp uploads

In the directory main/typo3/install/ 
I comment-out the the security lines in index.php

Now i visit http://mysite/main/ and i get the message " localconf.php is not
found"

When i check, localconf.php is located in main/typo3conf/

Perhaps because it doesn't exist?

Seriously, do you really expect a useful answer when you can't even be
bothered to provide any information _about the problem_ to the people
you're asking for help?
