[TYPO3-GSoC] Introduction and Project Ideas

Dear all,
I am Rachitha. I am a final year undergraduate from Faculty of Information
Technology,University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. I would like to take part in
GSoC 2014 with Typo3. And I'm really interested about Typo3 flow projects
and from ideas page I am focusing on User Management project idea. I have
great skills on PHP and other web technologies. Can anyone please tell me
from where I can contribute or begin?
