[TYPO3-GSoC] Re-submission of proposal

Hi all!

This is to tell,that a short while back,I, while editing my proposal on melange, clicked on the withdraw button by mistake, rather than submit. :-( ( the proposal titled " Fluid : Cut dependencies on Flow".)
However, I had another copy of my proposal,so I re-submitted it,with the same title.

Hope,it wouldn't be a matter further towards the review of my proposal.
