[TYPO3-GSoC] How to get back in in 2013?

Hi,

I know 2012 GSoC is still running, but I guess it will take time to do 
stuff, so I wanted to start a discussion early on what we can do to get 
back in GSoC in 2013.

Some quick thoughts:

- Start earlier to collect project ideas and present them (more) nicely
- Maybe a dedicated GSoC feature page (like event pages etc.)
- Mentor presentation on that page
- Blog / Buzz Feature for all Mentors to bring some info out...
- If feasible with the date and budget wise possible, offer free tickets 
for T3DD to meet?
