[TYPO3-GSoC] RFC GSoC 2011 Project Static File Caching

Hi Olly,

can you in short present the idea of the extension (besides caching 
files as html).

- what are differences to nc_staticfilecache
- are there some drawbacks, e.g. does it need realurl/simulatestatic 
like nc_staticfilecache which also doesn't work when there is a '?' in 
the URL
- how does it handle *_INT cOjects?
- It will be shipped with 4-7 I guess?
