[TYPO3-GSoC] Student proposal: S3 storage integration

Hello,

based on the comment of Ingo, I modified my original proposal in the way
that I will focus more on a general solution for including external/
virtual storages.
Most of the work is needed to change TYPO3 to support virtual mount
points which are connect to a service using PHP.
This can be Amazon S3, Dropbox (my original proposal) or any service
which can be accessed by PHP.

I kept the naming of S3 integration even trough most work is needed for
changes in core. But in my opinion integration of a sample service will
help focusing in the real needs and will keep me on track. Additionally
I hope the possibility of using S3 is very useful for the community.

If you think I should rename or modify my proposal, let me know asap,
because I'm not home until Friday and I can only check Emails once or
twice a day.
Of course any feedback is highly appreciated.
