Hat sich erledigt und kann geschlossen werden.

Problem is solved by deactivating the auto login after registration in frontend, which cannot work with confirmation by admin.

plugin.tx_femanager.settings.new.login = 0

Find it in the manual, but for the first configuration I only read the parts I wanted to change/modified. Never thinking on reading all ;)
