[TYPO3-german] Filelist Content-Area does not show up

Hello,

I have a freshly installed Typo3 7.6.9 with Introduction Package and Bootstrap Package.
The Page Tree does show the whole folder structure. Unfortunately the Filelist does not show any files in the Content Area. It just says:


Oops, an error occurred!
Argument "wrap" was not registered.
More information regarding this error might be available online.

There's a bugreport on that, but I can't see any reference: #1237823695.

Error log shows me following:
