Probiere es mal mit http://localhost/typo3/typo3/

Laut Fehlermeldung bist du im Frontend und hast noch keine Seite angelegt.
Die nächste Fehlermeldung ist "No template found on rootlevel." ;)

Da müssen wir alle durch.
