Hallo Johannes,

das hat bei mir leider nichts gebracht.
Ich hab mich ins Install Tool eingeloggt, dort alle Caches gelöscht und 
mich wieder abgemeldet.
Trotzdem wird der Login-Bildschirm noch immer ohne CSS geladen.
