[TYPO3-german] update 6.1.3 auf 6.1.4. - You are not allowed to access the given folder

Hallo,

Ich habe in der php.ini folgendes gesetzt:
error_reporting = E_ALL 
log_errors = On
error_log = /tmp/php-error.log

aber die log-Datei bleibt leer. 

Mit der Extension "devlog" erhalte ich die folgenden Meldungen:
