[TYPO3-german] jumpurl Fehler nach Update auf 4.7.9

Leider funktioniert das nicht in allen Fällen. Ich hab's auf zwei 
Systemen mit Seiten vom Typ "Externe URL" ausprobiert. Bei einer 
klappt's, bei einer nicht.
