[TYPO3-german] Update auf 4.3.14 cache_hash tabelle

Hi Bernhard!
alle cache tabellen können in typo3 grundsätzlich geleert werden.
die caches werden automatisch neu aufgebaut werden.

bei tabellen die nicht mit cache_* beginnen ist aber vorsicht geboten.
