Nein, das war nicht das Problem!
Durch das viel ausprobieren hatte ich diesen Code sowohl im Abschnitt "fixedPostVars" und auch im Abschnitt "postVarSets" stehen:
'languageGetVar' => 'L',
'languageExceptionUids' => '',
'languageField' => 'sys_language_uid',
'transOrigPointerField' => 'l10n_parent',
'autoUpdate' => 1,
'expireDays' => 180,
1x war zu viel ;-)
Nachdem ich den Code im Abschnitt "postVarSets" gelöscht hatte, wurde auch der Link richtig generiert.
