[TYPO3-german] Kyrillische Links in Typo3

Hallo Kay,

ich benutze Typo3 4.4.11, Realurl.

Beispiel URL wäre
http://xxxx/item/43/Государственный-Эрмитаж.html?tx_xxxxxxxextbase_pi1[target]=view

xxxx kann eine beliebige url oder parameterbezeichnung sein.
