[TYPO3-german] Best practices bei Redesign

Ja ich weiß, sorry, aber bei dem Schnellschuss habe ich den Irrtum zu 
spät gelesen! :-[
Aber auch in einem derartigen Fall  mache ich keine Neuinstallation! :-P
