Hallo Tomas,
du kannst auch einenfach eine zweite webseite in typo3 seitenbaun
anlegen. in der du deine dokumentation verfasst. den redakteuren gibts
du einfach keinen "zugriff" auf die seite. und klingst sie mit hilfe von
der extension "Extra Backend Links" als modul ein.

http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/lz_links/current/

so bekommen deine redakteure im backend dann dokumentation zu sehen als
währe sie direkt in ihr typo3 integriert.
