[TYPO3-german] feuser_register: Speichert Adressänderungen nicht

Das Problem besteht weiterhin. SQL-Debug gibt nichts 'raus.

Ich werde jetzt meine gesamte Konfiguration mit dem Handbuch nochmals
aufzusetzen versuchen. Irgend ein Parameter hat sich wohl verändert.
