[TYPO3-german] T3 4.1.7 & th_mailformplus 4.0.12 Umlaute "hinueber"

Hallo liebe Kollegen

Hab ein Problem mit Mailformplus in dem Aktuellen 4.1.7er stable...

Bei Multisprachigen Formularen kommts zu Encodierungsfehlern.

Folgende Daten:

file mailformplus_locallang.php:
mailformplus_locallang.php: PHP script text

file mailformplus_conference.html:
mailformplus_conference.html: UTF-8 Unicode English text, with very long
lines

ts setup:
page.config.metaCharset = utf-8
page.config.additionalHeaders = Content-Type:text/html;charset=utf-8

config.sys_language_uid = 0
config.locale_all = de_DE.UTF-8
config.language = de

locallang file im pspad:
Ich bin damit einverstanden, das meine persönlichen Daten...
Gespeichert als UTF-8

localconf.php settings:
