ja hätte ich genau geschaut dann wäre aufgefallen das anstatt:
lib.contentNavi.special = userdefined
lib.contentNavi.special.file < plugin.tx_myext2_pi2

folgendes notwendig ist:

lib.contentNavi.special = userfunction
lib.contentNavi.special.userFunc=tx_plugin.tx_myext2_pi2->main
