[TYPO3-german] Problem mit Bildern im FE nach Update

Hallo Liste!

Ich habe ein folgenschweres Problem nach einem TYPO3 Update von 3.8.1 
auf 4.0.2:
Es werden keinerlei Bilder mehr im FE angezeigt.
ImageMagick durchläuft jedoch sauber alle Tests, die Bilder sind im BE 
vorhanden, Rechte sind prima, trotzdem funzt es nicht.
Im Source Code wird auch brav der Image Block eröffnet, das <img>-Tag 
ist leider jedoch nicht da.
So sieht das ungefähr aus:
