Ja, das funktioniert ohne Probleme. Schau mal in der Doku unter ###CAPTCHA###: http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/extension-manuals/th_mailformplus/3.8.0/view/1/5/

AFAIK kann Captcha mit kleinen Modifikationen in der Extension generell in jedes Formular eingebunden werden. Steht so glaube ich in der Doku der CAPTCHA-Extention.
