[TYPO3-german] utf-8 Codierung in Mails

Hallo zusammen,

Eine Website von mir ist komplett auf utf-8 aufgebaut. Das klappt soweit auch ganz gut, nur bei Mails werden Sonderzeichen nicht richtig ausgegeben. Konkret ist das die Bestätigungsmail der EXT "direct mail subscription". Es scheint sich dabei um ein spezielles Problem mit Outlook zu handeln. Ich habe in Outlook auch schon auf UTF-8 umgestellt, hat aber leider nix gebracht.

Im Typoscript verwende ich folgende Einstellungen:
config.notification_email_urlmode = all
config.notification_email_encoding = quoted-printable
config.notification_email_charset = utf-8
config.tx_kbmailcs_formMailCharset = utf-8


-> Die Extension kb_mail_cs hat leider - wie in manchen Postings diverser Foren zu lesen - auch keine Hilfe gebracht.
-> default_charset="utf-8" in der php.ini hat auch nix gebracht.
-> mbstring.internal_encoding="utf-8" ist in der php.ini bereits gesetzt.


Hat jemand eine Idee was ich noch probieren kann?
