Nicht unbedingt. Die Entwickler sind bemüht den Core zu entschlacken und zu
modularisieren. Es ist wenig attraktiv ihn weiter aufzublähen. Ggf. fällt er als
solcher in 5.0 ganz weg.

Sind die anderen MENUs denn überhaupt Bestandteil des Cores? Ich schlage eher
eine GTMENU Extension vor. Diese kann man bei Bedarf aktivieren. Sie lässt sich
als Core Extension definieren, wenn das Core Team dies entscheidet.
