[TYPO3-german] CHC-Forum mit deutschen Texten?

das ist doch schon deutsch übersetzt?!

ich hab ne typo 4.0.1 installation und die akutelle chc_forum version und es
ist auf deutsch.

versuchs sonst erstmal damit:

# Standardsprache deutsch wird festgelegt
config.sys_language_uid = 0
config.language = de
config.locale_all = de_DE
