Nochmal genau lesen... "Click here to update reference index" ...
Einfach mal draufklicken?

Der Absatz mit "You can also..." bedeutet: wenn das "Click here..."
nicht funktioniert, weil es zu lange dauert, dann kannst Du dieses
Script auch per Shell/CLI ausführen.
