[TYPO3-german] Reference Index table updaten - wie ???

Hallo nochmals,

nach dem Umzug habe ich noch so ne doofe Meldung:

Important notice!
- The Reference Index table is empty which is likely to be the case 
because you just upgraded your TYPO3 source. Please go to Tools>DB Check 
and update the reference index.

It is highly recommended that you change this immediately.

Wenn ich dann zu Tools / DB-Überprüfung wechsle und
Manage Reference Index + Update now anlicke erhalte ich folgende 
Fehlermeldung:

Update reference index
Click here to update reference index:
Click here to test reference index:
You can also run the check as a shell script if the processing takes 
longer than the PHP max_execution_time allows:
/www/130400_73765/rp-hosting/3821/4921/typo3cms/sabinemeier.de/typo3/sysext/lowlevel/dbint/cli/refindex_cli.phpsh

OK also per Shellzugang eingeloggt und den o.g. Befehl eingegeben, also:
refindex_cli.phpsh + Return

Dann kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:

-bash: refindex_cli.phpsh: command not found

Habe ich den Befehl falsch eingegeben ???
Kann mir jemand helfen ??
