[TYPO3-german] Reference Index table is empty (update 3.8 -> 4.0)

hallo

nach dem update erscheint folgende meldung:

Important notice!
- The Reference Index table is empty which is likely to be the case because 
you just upgraded your TYPO3 source. Please go to Tools>DB Check and update 
the reference index.

It is highly recommended that you change this immediately.

leider fehlt der menüeintrag im "db überprüfung" tool
ich hab nur
Records Statistics
Total Page Tree
Database Relations
Full search
Find filename


was kann ich da machen??
