Hallo Stephan,

Apache2? Läuft PHP als Apache2 Modul oder als CGI? Suexec oder suphp, 
und zeig mal wie die ./configure ausgeführt hast!
Hab slbst kompiliertes 4.4.1 ohne probleme am laufen.
