[Typo3-german] Probleme mit PHP 4.4.1

Hallo,
ich habe soeben versucht auf PHP 4.4.1 umzusteigen.
Ich verwende Typo3 3.8.0 und bisher PHP 4.4.0. Hier ging alles Problemlos.
Nach dem PHP Update bekomme ich im Backend folgenden Fehler:

(Auszug aus der init.php):

Hat dies jemand schonmal ausprobiert bzw. ist jemandem der Fehler mit 
der neuen PHP Version bekannt?
