Vielleicht hilft euch die Einstellung "appendMissingSlash" in der "localconf":

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXTCONF']['realurl']['_DEFAULT'] = array(
	'init' => array(
		'appendMissingSlash' => 'ifNotFile',
	),
);
