[Typo3-german] rewrite rule

Vieleicht hilft es ja jemand weiter, der sich genauso dusselig anstellt 
wie ich. :-)

Ich hatte in der httpd.conf vergessen AllowOverride auf All zusetzen.

Jetzt passt es aber.
