[Typo3-german] Cannot add image with image page-type

Hello all,

I have a strange problem with my latest typo3 installation (IIS based).
I cannot add images via page-type "image" if I do so this results in
 
"The destination (..) or the source file (...) does not exist."

If I add the image within the RTE it works fine !? I have already checked
access issues (IIS) on all relevant folders (incl.temp folder). But file
access seems to be ok (and adding the image within the content-text is
possible)
Any suggestions about that ?
