[TYPO3-UG France] Newsletter extension

Dear members,
Can anyone recommend me a Typo3 extension to create a newsletter? I found
"Newsletter for subscribers" (extension key "td_newsletter") in typo3.org
extension repository, but I am not sure I understand all it can do (or can not)
as there is no documentation available. I need to send an HTML newsletter and
manage subscriptions (automatic subscription). Should I consider installing
different extensions?
