[TYPO3-english] Bootstrap styling vertical distance/padding

Hi,

I use the Bootstrap package shipped with the introduction package, and I want to adjust the vertical distance between to elements. Where do I set that distance?
I looked in 'Constand editor -> bootstrap package: styling' but found no setting possibilities for that.
Maybe it is a general padding-setting for elements (fx text-elements)?

Could someone please tell me how to do it.
