[TYPO3-english] Labels missing at custom fields in TCA

I changed it to use the xlf file and in that file the syntax was

trans-unit id="tx_befmembers_description">
				<source>Beskrivelse</source>
			</trans-unit>

Now it works, thank you all for your time.
