[TYPO3-english] Styling to top link

Using Fluid templates in Typo3 7.6.15, when you are editing some page content there is an option "Append with Link to Top of Page".

If you enable that, you get a link like this inserted inside your content item:

    <p>
    	    <a href="#top">To top</a>
    </p>

I would like to restyle these links.

Is there some way to add a class or id to them so that I can target them effectively from my css?
