[TYPO3-english] Fallback for f:widget.paginate template?

Greetings,

I've been trying to customize the Index.html template of 
f:widget.paginate.  However I can not figure out the right Typoscript. 
I've been trying with things like this:

config.tx_extbase {
   view {
     templateRootPaths.100 = 
fileadmin/templates/www.bcie.org/extensions/fluid
   }
}

With that code I get this error:

Sorry, the requested view was not found.

The technical reason is: No template was found. View could not be 
resolved for action "list" in class...

What would be the right way to change that template?

If I add a template for f:widget.paginate in my extension will it take 
precedence?
