[TYPO3-english] R: Re: FIRST_INSTALL

FIRST_INSTALL must be created in the root folder of the website AFAIK; it is normal that you don't have the /typo3conf/ folder at the beginning. It will be created automatically by TYPO3

something wrong with my installations files then as i do not have that directory.
